Diffrence between these materials
Mesh made of high carbon steel wire has high strength, is magnetic and can be galvanised or cladded with PVC coating or painted to prevent corrosion.
Mesh made from stainless steel wire do not require any further treatment.

The various patterns include:
Twill weave : Ideal for weaving thicker and larger diameter wires. It is effective in filtering smaller particles and supporting heavier loads. Commonly used in vibrating screens and filters.

Crimped wire mesh :Pre-crimped wires are woven enhancing meshe's rigidity and strength.

Plain weave : This mesh with a smooth and consistent surface, typically has a higher mesh count.It is suitable for mesh size of 3x3 or smaller.ofetn used for screening and filtering applications.

Flat top Weave: This design eliminates protruding wires, giving a smooth flat surface. Thus extending its abrasive life and durability. Most commonly applications include vibrating screens.

Dutch weave :Here the weft wire are finer with smaller diameters, and the warp wires are thicker, which enhances the tensilte strenghth. The finer weft wires improve thw filtering efficiency.This pattern is often chosen for its strength and precision.

The Plain, Dutch and the Twill weave can be combined with each as per requirement.

Edges of the screen can be left raw-exposed at the edge, or they can be selvaged.This can be done by pressing the edges in between side plates.This also increases the stiffness and strength of the entire screen.

Industrial heavy screens : Widely used as Vibrating screens as they are very suitable for rugged industrial sifting and grading applications in Mining and Quarry indutries for precious metal and ore grading,coal preparation, water treatment, foundries, agriculture etc.
